What if I lose something on the bus?
Contact Corvallis Transit System immediately if you have left an item on a CTS, Philomath Connection (PC), or Night Owl bus. Be prepared with the bus Route number, as well as the date and time you lost the item and a detailed description of it. Phone 541-766-6988 or email cts@corvallisoregon.gov
What are the CTS Business Hours?

How much does it cost to ride the bus?
CTS and Night Owl routes are fareless to everyone, all the time. PC routes require a fare, and you can view the fare schedule at www.corvallisoregon.gov/cts
Are animals allowed on the bus?
Service animals are permitted on the bus. This does not include “comfort animals”. A service animal is defined as “Dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities.” Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals. Animals other than service dogs must be in secured carriers.
Can the buses accommodate my mobility aid?
Yes. Buses are equipped with ramps to make it easier for persons using a wheelchair, walker, or other mobility aid to board. The courtesy seating area at the front of the bus has seats that lift up to accommodate a wheelchair. Passenger buses also “kneel” to reduce the distance from the curb to the first step.
How can I find out which bus I need to take?
You can use the CTS ride guide brochures to help you determine which stop you need or you can use the Trip Planner – Google Transit tool on www.corvallisoregon.gov/cts. Also, you can call our Customer Service line at 541-766-6998 and one of our employees can help you.
What if I have a disability that prevents me from riding the bus?
If you have a disability which prevents you from riding a CTS or PC bus, you may be eligible for ADA Paratransit service. To find out more, call our Eligibility Line at 541-766-6318.
Can I bring a stroller on the bus?
Yes. But strollers must be collapsed before boarding the bus and must remain collapsed while on board the bus.
Can I take my bike on the bus?
Yes. Buses have racks on the front that can accommodate up to two bicycles. When the bus pulls up to your stop, just tell the driver that you will be securing your bike to the rack and the driver will wait for you. When you get off the bus, be sure to tell the driver you will be removing your bike.
